At EuroMart.pk, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping policy to understand our process and timelines.

1. Delivery Timeframe

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan through trusted courier partners like Insta Logistics, TCS, Leopard Courier, Call Courier and PostEx etc.

  • Delivery time: 1–5 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location.

2. Product Listings & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions. However, please note:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or style may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and photography enhancements.
  • These minor differences do not qualify an item as defective.

We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before placing your order.

3. Order Amendments

If you need to make changes to your order:

  • You may request an amendment within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Changes requested after 2 hours won’t be acceptable.

4. Returns & Exchanges

As stated in our Return & Exchange Policy, returns are not accepted, except for valid cases such as receiving the wrong or damaged item.

  • You must provide the original receipt and the product in its original condition and packaging.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for simple / normal parcels are Rs.199/- all over the Pakistan.

Delivery charges for custom parcels will be calculated based on:

  • The weight of the order
  • The dimensions of the package
  • The delivery location

Delivery fees will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

7. Order Confirmation & Shipping

Your order is considered placed once you submit it on our website. However:

  • It will be processed and shipped only after confirmation via phone or whatsapp.
  • We strongly encourage customers to answer the call or reply to the whatsapp message to avoid shipping delays.

This verification helps us ensure accuracy and better customer service.
