Return & Exchange Policy

At EuroMart.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at euromart.pk@gmail.com Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Frozen Items
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you have.
  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.


5. Exchange & Return Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Currently, Euro Mart does not offer returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • The received product is incorrect or significantly differs from what was originally ordered.

For such cases, please submit your claim within:

  • 7 days from the date of delivery (for orders within Pakistan).

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet these criteria.
